Two position, 4-wheel transport design to handle drums and standard loads. Postion 1 - Easily handles and manuevers standard loads as a 4-wheel transport. Position 2 - With the chime hook engaged and a press of the foot pedal, the frame tilts a (30) or (55) gallon steel drum to a balanced position to maintain 4-wheel contact even with half empty bottom heavy drums. Cart has (2) 3.5" x 1.5" polyolefin swivel casters for easy manueuverability in narrow spaces, chime hook to engage (30) and (55) gallon steel drums, 7.8" D x 14" W beveled edge noseplate, curved frame holds (5) gallon pails and kegs.
