Bob Bedard

General Manager


After a 5-year education in scrapology from a Midwest scrapyard, Bob joined the Co-Op in 1993 and became manager a short time later. With help from some great employees and industry mentors the organization grew in sales, product lines and membership over the next 25 years. Though still evolving with new business trends he still writes cursive and buys stamps.


Mike Morrison

Assistant Manager


After leaving the Glass and Glazing industry, Mike joined NASCO-OP in 2013 ready to dive head first into the scrap business. Since then he’s managed a few product lines such as packaging products, and shear knives before ultimately becoming the Assistant Manager. He now specializes in new magnet, grapple, and radiation detection sales. Mike is an unapologetic Cincinnati Bengals fan, and enjoys travel, the great outdoors, as well as spending time with his wife and 2 boys.


Kerry Hammond

Kerry has been a part of NASCO-OP for 34 years and thinks of the office as a second home. She enjoys talking with & helping our members with their supply needs. In her free time she enjoys socializing with friends and exercise, like Zumba or walking. Kerry is excited about recently becoming Grandma for the first time to Sophia Lynn.


Lori Griffith

Safety, Torching, Hoppers, General Sales


Lori started at the Co-Op May of 1988, when at the time there were 6 employees. There have been many changes and much growth since then! Lori is a member of a team that handles Safety, Torching and Hopper products, as well as general supplies and “non-specialty” items. During her tenure she’s gained several friends and shared a few laughs. Her infectious laugh is sure to make you smile.


Susan Dellapenna

Susan has been with NASCO-OP since August of 1986 and just recently completed 34 years of service. Susan handles inside sales and customer service along with being in charge of Vendor Maintenance. She has made many a friend over the years talking with Co-Op members and vendors. Susan and her husband Dave enjoy taking trips on their BMW motorcycle exploring back country roads or hitting the highway with the Harley or SUV to check out the national parks. She loves spending family time with her two sons and step-daughter along with their spouses and of course her 5 grandchildren, Jordyn, Kaden, Konnor, Owen and Reagan.

Blades and Packaging


Joined the Co-Op in 2008 working in sales the entire time and currently handling all your Shear blade and packaging needs. Proud momma bear, avid outdoorswoman.

Terri Swope

Blades and Packaging


Terri joined the Co-Op in June of 2019. She was previously employed in the healthcare industry working with the TBI and elderly populations for over 20 years, then was a receptionist for an equine veterinary hospital for 11 years. Terri is a sales associate for the Shear knife and Packaging products. She enjoys horseback riding, the country life, and shopping for antiques in Amish country.


Bret Shetler

Belting, Conveyor Accessories & Foam Dust Suppressant


Bret Shetler a life-long resident of New Philadelphia, Ohio joined NASCO-OP in September of 2017 after 10 years of service for Allstate Insurance, and 25 years in retail and food service. Bret specializes in conveyor belting, including conveyor accessories such as Idlers, bearings, motors and gear boxes, as well as foam dust suppression. Married with three daughters and five grandchildren, Bret enjoys spending time with family and friends and following Cleveland and Ohio State sports teams.


Gabe Lawrence

IT


In 2005, the Co-Op needed assistance moving from an aging AS/400 system to a modern network. Gabe was hired to fill this role. Since then he’s become the life and excitement of all-things Nasco. Just kidding! Like most IT people, he can be found holed-up talking only to his computers, making sure they are behaving!


Aaron Henley

Bookkeeping


Kent State University graduate with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Brown Mackie College. Has been employed with the Co-Op as a member of the bookkeeping department since 2013.



Tequaylyn James

Bookkeeping


Born and raised in New Philadelphia / Dover, Ohio, Tequaylyn has been with the Co-Op since October of 2019. Member of the bookkeeping department focusing on invoicing, collections, and many other tasks.



Philip Soell

Graphic Design and Marketing


A transplant from Chicago, Philip joined the Co-Op in May of 2019 following 20 years in the field of community journalism. As the marketing director, he is responsible for the Co-Op’s email and print advertising as well as managing different social media profiles. Goes against the graphic designer grain by not really having a problem with the use of Comic Sans. Papyrus is another story.
